Normally this is a good product that's very effective. IF you receive it intact! This was shipped in a small, flat, very lightly padded envelope which arrived crushed with the box open. Amazon makes it impossible to request refund or even process an issue due to their idiotic Catch-22 style menu options. Won't buy this on Amazon again.
