As described and dispatched quickly by the German bakery of Windsor. I got these for my sister in law who is German and knows her salty liquorice. She loves this product for quality and reliable consistency. Re the one star review regarding "Hydrogenated vegetable fat" - I would suggest they read the listed ingredients before they make a purchase, or go to the manufacturer's website and do some research if an ingredient causes one so much concern.

Delicious hard candy/boiled sweet salt liquorice
I love this liquorice and it was great to find it here for a low price as good imported liquorice is often overpriced on Amazon. It's a boiled sweet, hard candy style salted liquorice, I adore salt liquorice, but had only tried the chewy kind, this is delicious. It is sweet but the salt makes it a more savory taste than some liquorice, it's a good strong flavour. Obviously if you don't like liquorice don't buy it!

My husband loves these. He has had me find them after bringing them home from a trip. Taste and texture are perfect. He loves that they stay fresh for a long time since it takes him a long time to get through sweets so having them individually wrapped is a huge plus.

Delicious!! enough said! The best I have ever tasted. I am on my third package. so nice to just pop in the mouth to enjoy the taste of true black liquorish. Will be purchasing plenty more.

Love the taste of these hard candies. They are warm to the mouth and flavor is strong and last until candy is finished and even beyond! If you hate gummy's then go for these hard candies which last a long time in the mouth, good strong flavor and will satisfy your need for any other snack.
