Do you have to add components to MS-media for Arabidopsis seed germination? New to PhytoTech, product A1375 is a complete formulation for Arabidopsis, containing all the components needed for seed germination. See Product Info Sheet for formulation. This formulation contains ½ MS-basal media with 0.5 g/L MES and 10 g/L sucrose. If you prefer 1x MS for Arabidopsis germination, we would suggest using M530 (contains M519 + 0.5 g/L MES) and add 10 g/L of sucrose.
