Which breeds is Keratin Vital recommended for?

Long, fine coats that dry out and break easily: Yorkshire Terrier, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Lhasa Apso, Afghan Hound and Cocker Spaniel, plus Poodles and Bichons being grown out. Also suitable for long-haired cats such as Persians.

How much do I need, and which size should I choose?

Very little: one or two pumps for a small breed, three or four for a medium coat. Used every second bath, the 100 ml pump lasts two to three months; the 650 ml size is made for groomers and multi-dog homes.

Can I use Keratin Vital on my cat?

Yes. It is formulated for dogs and cats, paraben- and sulfate-free. Apply to the damp coat after an Artero shampoo, leave for a few minutes and rinse well. Many Persian and Ragdoll owners use it to keep long coats from matting.

How often should I apply it?

At every bath while the coat is damaged or being grown out; every second bath for maintenance. Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing so the keratin has time to work on the fiber.

Which shampoo should I use it with?

Hidratante for long, dry coats, Blanc for white coats, Vitalizante for wire or curly coats. Finish with Flash detangling spray before brushing for the best slip and shine.
