Itโs just as it looks pretty close to my original Panasonic AC design. Even though my AC is dying and nearly ten years old now, this remote worked really well. Itโs basic not too many functions. I recommend.

Wrong product sent
My ac is Hot and Cool. The image shown on amazon is for hot and cool ac but the remote which i received is not suitable for switching the ac to hot mode. The image of remote which i have received is attached. For other functions the remote is working fine.

So good remote. Our old remote was not working nd it was so complicated to control the AC without remote control.thats why I have ordered this remote and yea it's exactly same as the old one. Packaging was good. It worths the money.
