Do these cookies arrive unbroken? We buy the locally and even then we sometimes get bags that are mostly crumbs. Are they well protected when shipped

These cookies are very fragile and Fulfillment by Amazon does not take a lot of care in shipping them. So unfortunately a lot of customer receive a lot of broken cookies.

Are these the same cookies you get in the pretty tin?
