Merchsource Discovery Kids Neon LED Glow Drawing Board

Bought this learning board for my great grand daughter. she really loves it!

The board itself is a nice idea and if the markers didn't come dried out it would have been cool. Unfortunately, two of the four markers didn't work at all upon arrival and then the other two dried out shortly after a few uses. Now it's impossible to find replacement markers so it makes the board useless.

The board arrived on time, but did not work at all. When I looked closer at it, it looks like it has been opened before so I do not believe “new” was an appropriate description. When I went to return it I found it is not refundable or replaceable. Very disappointed, I am a teacher and was going to use this with my students, now I am out $30.00 +.

Didn’t work , and when I tried to do a return I found out it was a non returnable item ... don’t waste your money ! Santa really had a disappointed child .

We put the batteries in and couldn't get the light to turn on. Then we thankfully noticed that the plastic was beginning to melt. The screw was now stuck because it melted shut. The entire thing was getting hot very fast. We had to pry the battery casing off with a knife and use a knife the to get the batteries out because they were so hot we couldn't touch them.
