I wouldn’t use it for that. Kari syrup is mostly used for baking and candy making.

There is. The new one I bought has one for sep 2017. I suspect each bottle will have a different one depending on the batch it was in.

Can this be used in dressing for macaroni salads?

By itself, I would definitely not. Maybe you could find some sort of recipe to mix it with some other things, but honestly, I probably still wouldn't. It's too thick and sweet. A few of its more common uses is jello and pecan pie filling.

Memories and taste!

Loved Karo as a child in the 70's on pancakes, fruit etc. Still a great product that we use to this day! Highly recommend.... especially making peanut brittle!!!
