Excellent BP
This is a excellent manual BP cuff. It's well made and sturdy. It has cuff attachments for different size arms and they work well. The color is good too.

Essential for Every Paramedic
As a paramedic, I've found the Multikuf 731 3-Cuff EMT Kit to be an indispensable tool in my line of work. The kit's compact carrying case is a standout, making transportation and organization effortless. Whether responding to an emergency or moving between calls, this kit fits seamlessly into my fast-paced work environment. The variety of cuff sizes is a major benefit, allowing me to cater to patients of all sizes with accuracy and ease. But what truly sets this kit apart is the one-hand inflation system. It's remarkably efficient, enabling me to take blood pressure readings single-handedly, which is often critical in emergency scenarios.Overall, the Multikuf 731 is a paramount addition to my paramedic gear. It's convenient, reliable, and enhances my ability to provide prompt, effective care. An absolute five-star recommendation!

Great tool for EMS!
Great product! I work on a BLS ambulance so we don't have the greatest equipment. I was getting frustrated with our cuffs and decided to try something new. These are outstanding!-The quick disconnect allows easier attachment of the cuff without the bulb and guage getting in the way.-The trigger allows precise deflation of the cuff for more accurate measurements- The single-piece design makes operation MUCH easier than traditional manual cuffs... especially when you are task-saturated- The bag can be hung in the rig, allowing for easy access to the size cuff you need as well as the guage without reaching over the PT and looking for the correct size (each pouch is clearly labels and accessible). The guage feels a little flimsy, but has a good warranty. I'll update my review of it fails and I have an issue replacing it, but so far so good. I am definitely glad I went with this rather than spending another 60 bucks for an upgrade.

ADC System 5 BP Cuff Kit.
I work health care as a profession. I have used the high end wall mount units at the clinics and hospitals, I have a nice MDF single line and a Riester single line BP cuff set. I needed the other sizes for some health screenings, and buying this set looked nice to organize all the cuffs and hold the gauge. I like handheld gauges like these, and the trigger release on this is better than the button release on my Riester, you have release rate control as well as locking in the "open" position to release all the air. The gauge face isn't as large as my Riester, but bigger than most 2 line cuffs. The only "con" is the "glass" on the gauge has a slight curve or dome shape, so you can get some bad overhead glare from lighting if you don't adjust for that. The cuff sets are nice and are basically 2 line bladders with one line blocked off with a plug (My Riester and MDF single lines are true one line bladders). The gauge body/trigger is made of plastic, so it doesn't have that "heavy" feel you get from the Whelch/Allyn trigger unit like this, but still feels solid. Bulb shape is nice and all the other MAs. nurses, and NPs that have checked this out have really liked it with a comfortable feel for all hand sizes.Bottom line, if you work health care or are a health care/medical student and need to get your own BP cuff, buy this set, you get every size you'll ever need from child to thigh (child, small adult, adult, large adult, thigh) with a nice gauge in one set with an organized carry bag at a great price.

Really Nice set, BUT
I only gave 4 stars because I really wish the large adult was the biggest size. I found same kit with the thigh size cuff for about 30 bucks more, and I had already purchased this exact set. It is great quality, and works wonderful. It is super easy to change the cuffs out too! I really am glad I spent the money for this, I just wish I would have gotten the one that had 4 cuffs. I don't really do pedi's, but I do need the extra large size cuff. I am having trouble finding it alone to add to the set I bought. Since I can't return this one for the one that has the 4 sizes, I am going to have to buy a completely separate set I guess. THAT isn't sellers fault, I just really wish they made the individual cuffs to fit more accessible. The bulb to inflate is a little harder, but mine is brand new so I am sure the more I use it the easier it will get. I am very pleased with this purchase and suggesting it to fellow medical friends.

Great quality, great customer service
I have had this System 5 for 6 years, and from day one on using it as an infusion RN doing home visits, I have appreciated the ease of use and the multiple sizes. Now, 6 years late, the grey collar holding the bulb on has cracked... Thanks to another consumer's answer to a question on parts, I contacted ADC directly, with an image of what had broken and within minutes had the following response: "This gauge has a lifetime warranty. I would like to send you a replacement grey collar for this unit at no charge. Where would you like me to send it to?". I couldn't be happier with this company and with this system. It definitely does NOT feel like a toy!

VERY poor quality.
I am an EMT and volunteer firefighter and wanted a good BP kit to keep in my ALS bag. This combo is a great concept and I really liked the idea of having an all in one BP kit that can easily be changed between cuff sizes. This kit hits the mark with flexibility and a nice bag that gives you quick access to different sized cuffs. That is where the positives end and the negatives begin. First off the pump and gauge are of very lightweight plastic...it feels like a toy. Drop it and ill bet this thing breaks. It also seems to take twice as long to fill a cuff bladder than with a standard bulb style pump. Now on to the cuffs....these are where the product really fails! The bladders are garbage, the covers feel of real low quality and the biggest failure is with the velcro...it doesn't hold AT ALL. I put it on a patient, filled the bladder and the velcro rips loose. I re apply and try again....and again the velcro rips loose. I would not recommend this kit at all.
