This was easy to set up. I like that the bottom of the carrier sits on the chair seat and doesn't hang from the neck of the seat. My 10lb Havanese fits easily. He can stand or lie down. The edges are sturdy for him to prop himself up to look out the windows. I drive him everyday and it's easy to take him in and out of. I had a similar animal planet carrier prior to this but it was smaller, cheaper, and attracted lots of fur and dirt. That old carrier's fabric ripped after a few months. I like this product much better because it is very sturdy and easy to clean. The stripe design also looks nice in the car.

Best dog car seat I've bought from amazon. You can strap to the back of a driver or passenger seat or can strap to the front of a rear seat as pictured in the product description and in my pictures. Multi uses and numerous strap configurations. Comfortable and roomy for my 8.5lb chihuahua mix. I will be modifying the front straps to make them more comfortable so it does not rub her. She will be wearing a harness that will strap to the clip while I am driving, she is just pictured inside to show size without being strapped in. I placed a pillow at the bottom for more support because I adjusted the seat to go as high as it could to give her a better view! The bottom strap is looped around my cupcolder that folds into the seats for a more secure hold.

I bought 2 of the exact same puppy car seats at the same time and yet one is flimsy and the other is not. It seems that during the construction of the flimsy one a piece was not included. If they were both of the same quality I would absolutely give this a 5-star review. However the lack of simple quality control done by this company now causes an inconvenience to both myself and the manufacturer as I will definitely be returning the faulty one.

Looks exactly like the pictures! My pup loves the car seat and it was very easy to install (and take off the seat when needed). The poles on the side have to be re-pushed in from time to time & the frame can move back and forth a little, but it’s overall pretty sturdy. The only other issue is that the security hook is a little thick, so tiny dog collar loops can’t click in to it. Overall great product though!

This is hands down my favorite puppy purchase! Prior to getting this car seat, my golden retriever puppy was riding in the car in a soft carrier and whining incessantly. Today was the first day he rode in the car seat and he did amazing! The one issue I had was with the install. I didn't want him in the front seat for safety reasons, and unfortunately my back seats don't fold down, so I couldn't secure the lower belt behind the seat. After various attempts to keep the seat from swinging/sliding left to right, I finally just buckled the seatbelt and pulled it taut so that the buckle was upright and firm, which kept the car seat in place. It worked like a charm! I absolutely LOVE this car seat. It's stylish, safe, and my 12-week-old puppy fits comfortably and just chills out in the backseat while I serenade him. Hopefully I'll find something similar once he outgrows it!

I am not satisfied with this carrier/car seat. My puppy weighs less than 5 pounds and the seat bunches up in the middle, it tilts from one side to the other side causing the side rods to keep sliding out; it is not stable and is NOT SAFE FOR MY DOG! It kept sliding down and resting on the seat because all of the support straps are too long. I tried wrapping them around the head rest several times, but it did not stop the straps still slip nor solve the stability problems. Not sure what the strap in the middle of the seat is for, as it is not shown on the instructions and if it is to be used as a seat belt for the dog's harness, it does not work because it is not in a good location and is so long the dog can get out of the seat with it attached to his harness. I loved the look of the seat, the price and the smell dissipated quickly; but in my opinion the cheap price is a reflection on the quality of the product. Save yourself some time and move on to something better. I wanted others to know that I did contact the company and they responded with a request to send pictures. Unfortunately, after I sent the pictures of the seat showing the problems; they did not respond. I am contacting Amazon to return.

I bought two of these for my dogs Ginger and Paige. Both are 10 lb papillons. Ginger hates car rides, Paige loves them. If it were up to them, they’d be sitting on the driver’s lap the whole ride. These seats are easy to install, comfortable, stylish and ensure they can’t roam about the car while I’m driving. I put soft blankets in the bottom to make it more comfortable. I also attach the lead to a harness that they wear, NOT their collars. In the event of an accident, an attached collar would possibly choke or kill the dog. In fact, I was moved to write this review because I’m convinced these seats saved my dog’s lives. A few days ago I was rear-ended pretty badly and both pups were strapped into their booster in the back with their harnesses. We were all jerked forward and back pretty violently. My dogs, although definitely freaked out, were physically safe. One of the straps on the seat snapped from the impact, but since there are multiple points of attachment to the car, the booster stayed in place. Great design! I’ve been teased a bit about being a crazy dog lady with car seats for my dogs, but it’s worth it to know my pups are safe!

This product is perfect for small/medium dogs. I sometimes take my pup on car rides and she would be really antsy going back and forth between the front seat and the back, sometimes distracting me while driving. With the pet car seat, it includes a small leash that is sewed in so I can strap my pup in, keeping her from roaming around the car. The added strap from the front of the booster to the headrest is really helpful in supporting the front from collapsing when my pup stands on it to see out the window. Overall it keeps my pup safe in the car seat and keeps me focused on the road without my pup jumping between the front seat and the back seat in my car.

I was happily surprised at the size. I was I bit worried it would be way to small. My 5 month old Boston fits in here currently sitting or laying down. He was a bit nervous at first but now he hops in on his own. It's made of really nice fabric and feels like it will hold up. Not sure how long I will be able to use it before pup grows out of it. I found it very simple to install in my passenger seat. Would recommend for small dogs.

People said it came with the blanket insert, it didn’t. Other reviews said it came with poop bags, it didn’t.

The product was amazing overall! Super easy to put together and install in my car. The clip strap however was no match for my dog (3-4 month old Corgi). My dog loved sitting in it but she loved chewing more. She bit through the strap within a week (even with toys in the basket) and the left corner as well. I do recommend it but if your dogs still in the chewing phase save your money for a bit.

I have a 4lb Taco Terrier and she fits perfectly in the car seat. Holds her and a blanket and some toys, and elevates her so she can look out the window easily. Also, works great in front and back seat, as well as in different cars. Only issue I have is that it is difficult to adjust correctly, and if it isn't tight to the seat it will shift when the pet moves, which could be dangerous. Would be great if there was a strap that you could pull for easy adjustment. This is only an issue if the seat is elevated, if it is on the seat it isn't an issue. Overall, pretty happy with the product.
