Serious Whisky not for the novice!
Take a sip, swish it around your mouth, then swallow. What for it! Boom what again and the smoke will hit. This is a serious beautiful oakey honey flavours, with a wonderful explosive smokey finish. Exquisite Indian Whisky.

Drinkable, though not special...
Surprised at the 5* status of this whisky. I am partial to an Islay, and always have a couple in the cupboard, and I enjoy both the heavily peated (Ardbeg is my first choice) and the slightly more subtle (Caol Ila is probably my favourite all time if I had to choose). This has the layers of peat and is a little smoky, but I find the drink is a little drying on the palate, and quite woody. It isn't a bad whisky, and on offer I would probably by it if I was budgeting, but if I don't think I'll be easily tempted again, and will stick with an Islay or a Campbeltown if I want something that is heavy on the phenol.

Shocking delivery
Product absolutely fine . But it was delivered and left in silver recycling bin which was due to emptied later today good job I came home when I did because delivery time was 6 to 9PM but delivered at 2.20 . I WAS NOT HAPPY

Good flavour and value for money when I bought it. The prices have gone up now so I personally wouldn't pay the new price. Wait for the price to go down.

Diesen Whisky habe ich mir nach einem Tasting mit rauchigen Whiskys bestellt. Er war für uns der Gewinner dieses Tastings. Nun steht er bei mir einträchtig neben einem Lagavulin 16, Laphroaig 10 / 10Batch / QC auf dem Schrank und wird von mir gerne getrunken.
