Used? They can, but most likely they won't operate at their full potential because of the lack of amp power for the phone sound card. You might reach to a medium level but you won't get satisfied and once you start pushing it to the max level of volume, you'll start getting some distortion. It's quite irritating. However, I like to listen loud and clear, but for a more advanced and "reasonable" person you won't get those bumps for sure. I don't know the version of you huawei, so try to give it a search on google about is power. GL HF

Do they have a standard headphone jack as well as the usb-c connector?

The pair I ordered are the E11 (Not E11D) so mine only have the standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
