Any sign of rust? My deck is not covered.

I have had these chairs a few weeks. Noticed on instructions that came with them to not leave outside in rain which did not mention online in description. I checked them out and yes Rust at each place where cable is attached to frame and very rusted underneath! What a disappointment and I only have 2 days left to return them. Don't purchase them. Too heavy to carry in and out every time you want to sit outside
