Trappey's Red Devil Sauce Hot, 12 Ounce

This mild sauce may not bring a lot of heat, but it definitely brings the flavor! It’s a really nice quality sauce with just the right amount of kick. My boyfriend is obsessed. This sauce and the green Tabasco are the only sauces he’ll use, and this one is hands-down his favorite. He even convinced me to try it mixed into cottage cheese as a dip for Triscuits or Wheat Thins, and I have to admit, it’s surprisingly good! Creamy, a little tangy, and just enough spice to keep things interesting. The only downside is that it’s hard to find in local stores, so I was thrilled to come across it here. I’ve already added it to my auto-ship list because we go through it that fast. If you’re looking for a dependable, flavorful mild sauce that even picky sauce lovers swear by, this one’s a winner!

This is delicious, but too expensive on Amazon. You can pick it up at your local grocery store for half the cost.

I've been a fan of Trappey's Red Devil Hot Sauce for a while, and this 12-ounce bottle does not disappoint! The flavor is smooth, slightly tangy, and has just the right amount of heat to enhance dishes without overpowering them. It’s perfect for eggs, chicken, seafood, and even soups. What I love most is the balance—it’s not too vinegary like some other hot sauces, and the chili flavor really shines through. The consistency is also great—not too thick or watery, making it easy to pour. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that I wish it had a little more heat. If you prefer a super spicy kick, this might be on the milder side for you. However, for everyday use and adding a delicious boost to meals, it’s a fantastic choice. Will definitely be buying again!

I was pretty much devastated when DL Jardines discontinued their hot sauce line, because they were some of my favorites. Especially the Texas Champagne.. it just went well with everything. Well, at the suggestion of a friend, I tried this... and, I was pleasantly surprised. It's super close! Close enough that I'll for sure be buying more.
