So, here’s what happened: Over two weeks ago I started wheezing sometimes. Don’t know why, but I have a history of bronchitis. Three times (over the years) I had to go to a doctor to get a prescription for powerful antibiotics to stop it because I was coughing so much and so hard it hurt a rib that I had an old injury in. I didn’t want that to happen again, so I got these. I started taking one capsule 2-3 times a day and did not feel any improvement, rather some kind of failure in the rhythm of breathing. I decided to try two capsules (as recommended) and took them before bed. I really started to suffocate like with asthma, but I don’t have asthma, I just had something like mild bronchitis and I wanted to help cough up extra mucus. I understand that all the ingredients are natural and I generally do not suffer from allergies, but something in this composition does not suit me. This is purely an individual intolerance and I believe that for most people this supplement helps, but sorry, not for me.

I don't write a lot of reviews but thought I should for this one. I've been diagnosed with reflux; however, I realized that it has more to do with my lung and bronchial system than it does my gut. I've tried literally hundreds of products to try to reduce the phlegm in my throat (I talk for a living) and nothing really helped much. This stuff does. I take 2 tablets generally a couple times a day (as needed) and it has made a huge difference. I can't say enough good things about it! If you're suffering from Phlegm in your throat...this is the stuff for you! I was not paid or compensated for this review.
