The quality of this UMF 15+ manuka is excellent, the taste is sweet and exquisite, and the texture is syrupy, but it drips more easily than other brands of manuka honey. I'm using this honey for health reasons (to treat a lingering sinus infection), so I began with their UMF 20+ manuka (loved it!). The taste of the 15+ is slightly less medicinal, and it's definitely less potent. But it's still very effective and the taste and consistency are wonderful. I happily mix the honey into my homemade herbal tea blends and cacao/reishi blends, and it makes everything burst with flavor. This is the best tasting, highest quality natural antibiotic around! If you're trying to treat an internal or external infection, I'd recommend their UMF 20+ to start. It's super potent!
