Piano Magic of Floyd Cramer

I had an original CD of this from a long time ago. I started playing it through my computer and when my late husband's son was visiting, he loved it and said it reminded him so much of his dads piano playing. I went on line to try to find a copy for him and ended buying two as I decided I wanted to have one in my car. The CD sounds like new since it said it was used but "like new condition". The service was prompt and I may end up going back for a third one for my sisters birthday as she loves the Candy Man Song by Floyd Cramer.

I gave Piano Magic a 5 star rating because it was more wonderdul that I thought it would be. It truly took me away to a wonderful listening experience. In this hectic world, this is just the music I need to make my day much better. I can relax and enjoy this great music and make my day more productive. I liked everything about this CD but especially the great skill of this pianist. I would recomend this to everyone who loves piano music at its best. The title tells it all. IT REALLY IS PIANO MAGIC!!!

I have to confess that I bought this CD for only one song, Music Box Dancer, for which I have a special fondness. However, I've always liked Floyd Cramer's style and played him on the air back when I was in radio. Music Box Dancer is a fantasy song and Floyd treats it well as he does everything on this CD. If you like piano music and Floyd's less-than-orthodox playing style. This CD is a must-have.

Floyd Cramer is an excellent musician and this CD has a wonderful selection of songs.

This is the first of two Piano Magic albums of Floyd Cramer and for my money it is the best of the two. I just love listening to this man. His skill in bringing classic tunes to your ears in a way which is new and refreshing is nothing short of magic as the title implies. Very good album and well worth a listen.

Great
