Pure almonds
Love this product for my baking. There are no husks included from the nuts so it’s purely the nut itself making a smoother product, no gritty particles. Well priced and quick delivery the kilo pack means I always have some in the cupboard. Great for sweet bakes and also added to some curries.

Great value for money but a little coarse
Works perfectly for what I'm using it for most often, which is fathead pizza bases. Tastes great, the granules are a consistent size, and the resealable packaging (it's ziplock at the top, without a zipper) is very good. I guess strictly speaking this is really more finely-ground almonds than 'flour' - the granules are a little bigger than I'd describe as 'flour', and some things I've baked with it haven't risen as much as I expected, but I don't do a great deal of baking and for the price this has provided me with very many delicious pizzas.

Farina acquistata dopo molte ricerche per cucinare panini keto. Risultato eccellente! Personalmente mescolo una confezione da 1 kg con una confezione di mandorle macinate acquistate al supermercato, per dare "granulosità" al pane e... abbattere il costo al kg della farina ;-) Ottimo prodotto, consigliatissimo. Apprezzato da tutta la famiglia!!
