I'm pretty sure this isn't intended for it, but is there any way one could wear this? and if so, would this one design work for both left and right?

Yes it can be worn. And yes it works for both right and left. Purchased two/a pair, for a good friend who is fairly flat chested. They are flat backed so there is no depression at the rear for much breast size behind the the silicone. The lip or edge around under the breast she trimmed "had me trim for her" to make it better fit the bra she wanted to wear them with, "that extra silicone if not trimmed made a strange chubbiness under the tit" and then used "NimbaFix Silicone Prosthetic Adhesive" to affix the breast to her chest. That way she could wear an underwire bra for good support. The pair weigh in at 2lb 14oz. Without the adhesive a wire free bra lets them sag a bit to much and shortly they then try to create the "Uniboob" effect. Full coverage style bra conceals the overall shape by covering the entire breast form better. Under a semi tight Tee shirt, with un-padded /lined bra they look fantastic with enticing showy pert nipples. She loves them, I enjoy the view, and the best part is she lets me fondle them when she has them on. Win Win you might say.....Hope this helps, enjoy!

how do these adhere to the skin and our they reusable

I use this model to teach a breast cancer awareness class. It comes with only a female breast. You need to order a seperate male model. It does not appear to be suitable for applicaton to the skin. it is attached to a base that I place on a stand.
