Being over 70, and having had treatment for prostate cancer, it was inevitable that ED was going to present itself sooner or later. Guys, trust me, I know this can be a difficult subject. I never imagined learning about something like this, much less buying and using it. I'm 62, widowed, and recently started the daunting prospect of dating/becoming intimate with new women in my life after a 35-year marriage. Let's just say mind was controlling matter and 'matter' wasn't working like it used to! This pump is incredibly easy to use and really, really works. Didn't vacuum correctly out of the box did what the instructions said about lubing the seals and everything almost impossible to put it back together finally got it back together still doesn't work absolutely worthless do not waste your money and of course due to the nature of it they won't refund it they did however say that it was covered under warranty so I'm waiting for them to tell me where to ship it to get it fixed as this is a medical device and I am not qualified to repair it but I bet it's just a waste of 300 plus dollars whatever you do avoid it at all cost

Pros: The ring system is far superior then any other This will get you harder then any pill, maybe even more then if you don't have ED Keeps you hard safely upto 30-45min even if you "finish"...so they can too Does not suck your "boys" into cylinder like other pumps can Cons: COST, but worth it if you have ED and want to be intimate with your partner again Needs a pressure release button instead of just "breaking" the seal takes some practice, but that could be a Pro? Taking the ring off can be uncomfortable, but that is with any constriction system 5 star if it had a pressure release button and maybe cheaper...but still a must buy otherwise

Skip the drugs and cheap gimmicks this is the way to go. Don't skimp on the lubricant.

I have been very impressed with the effectiveness of this product being a former prostate cancer survivor. It is very easy to use and has a tension ring system that is superior to others. The tension ring is already in place at the base of the penis and is easy to remove after pumping has finished. I purchased the deluxe package with 10 tension rings. All of the rings are a waste to me except for the two largest rings. Since the rings are expensive that was a waste of money! In spite of this, I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the results that I have had in such a short time.

I tried for post surgery therapy... IT WORKS, VERY WELL. BUT.... I think for the price and how they promote this product I think they could and should do a much, much, better job at providing information. there's a lot more to using it than inflation and deflation :) for starters I think they should have a moderated and anonymous forum (I'm assuming many men won't want to put a face/name to this issue, even if the cause is medical) where users can ask questions and discuss concerns, because.... it's 3am and your urologist might not return your call for a few weeks :( I would give the product 7 stars out of 5, but the company I would only give it a 3 stars out of 5.

This item has massive UPS shipping charges!!! Buyer beware. In addition to the $21.00 shipping charge there is also another $71.00 charge from UPS, and apparently they will not deliver the package until it is paid. I have never seen this with Amazon before. Amazon you must do better and warn people of this charge so they can make an informed decision whether or not they want to pay this ridiculous shipping amount. However….. The product itself works wonderfully. I love the that you can choose the size of restriction. The product definitely does what it says. It is very easy to use, it’s not cumbersome. Overall yes it is a sizeable investment. But if it can help with bringing some life back to the bedroom and help with this area of your life then I definitely recommend it.

I have the Osborn esteem hand pump but wanted a change so I bought the vacuerect. The Osborn works a lot better for me then the vacuerect. I use 2 rings with the Osborn and gives me a harder erection and takes less time to get a erection.The support phone line is very helpful for the Osborn .Canadian customers beware I payed 359.00 Canadian plus 22.72 customs and government charges for this pump.You can get the same package for 275.00 Canadian plus shipping in Canada online .That is a big difference The shipper is excellent and will refund 80 percent If you are not satisfied. It also cost me 38.00 to ship back

Great product however the penile rings were way too small one was the size of a penny just offer more larger sizes

The duty was only $22.66 in Alberta. Total cost with duty was still cheaper than ordering directly from Mainspring Medical.
