So I looked on here and found this unit, decided for $25 it was worth trying So easy to use, works great, cleans easy, seems to be of good quality, suction cup stayed stuck on the counter for around 4 lbs of sausage If you’re looking for a stuffer and don’t want to pay for one of the big expensive ones, give this one a shot for sure! I recently purchased this sausage stuffer, and I have to say that I'm very impressed with its quality and ease of use. The sausage stuffer is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys making homemade sausage. The suction base holds the stuffer securely in place while you work, making it easy and comfortable to use. The manual sausage maker is also very easy to clean, so you can use it again and again without any hassle. I own an electric version and also a cheap plastic one but they are totally a pain to me. The expensive electric one is a big mess to clean up while the cheap plastic one keeps ruining the casings. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this sausage stuffer to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and affordable sausage maker which I managed to make 8 lbs of Greek loukaniko and Thai sour sausages in 2 hours.

Its a nice size for small batches. Cleanup is not bad. Add food grade grease to the plunger screw to make it smooth to turn. Pretty well made. But no o ring around the piston and plastic tubes causes me to take off a star. But for $25? Its hard to beat.

Trying to find a small sausage stuffer at a reasonable price was difficult. Until I found this unit. Figured for the price it would be flimsy and cheap. Suction device holds on strong. Was very happy to find the metal was not paper thin and substantial to make it last. Perfect for the home cook who makes an occasional small batch of sausages.

Not bad for the price, but you get what you pay for. I’m not a fan of the plastic funnel or stuffer tube. The stuffer tube is short so if you want more than a few links, get one with longer tubes. The stuffer tube doesn’t snap into the funnel and is held in place with only pressure from the meat as it’s being forced into the casing. I’d give it a 5 if the stuffing tube and funnel were a single piece and metal.

I bought it in September 2024. I used it 4 times. The fifth time, after the second sausage, the thread in the back cover, which is involved in feeding the piston rod, was destroyed. Total. The suction cup holds well on a wet surface. There is no silicone piston seal. Minced meat passes into the gap between the piston and the body and the piston scratches the body, removing metal. The screw leaves dirt from its oxidation after contact with the minced meat and metal shavings. After I had to stuff the remaining 8 lb of minced meat with my hands, I realized that I needed to buy a syringe, but probably from a different manufacturer.
