Works really well for severs disease! For someone like me who loves running, you should try this. I use it every day and it never breaks. I don't feel any pain when wearing it and that helps a lot. I can run longer when I am wearing this, and I don't have to worry about stopping from pain. It easily slips into my shoe, and it never comes off or slides off! It does tend to stink after you use it a lot, so make sure you wash it every once in a while. This brace can help with any activities. The bottom is like a suction cup, and it helps, and it's really thick, so it doesn't put pressure on the heel. If it does not start to help, maybe try getting some, like lifted or padded shoes, because that also helps. It is very comfy and it is not itchy at all. I recommend you getting this if you have supper's disease or have any other heel pain!

My gymnast loves this for prevention with her heel pain but stitching has unraveled after about 6 practices (12hours) she has not worn it during a competition. Im concerned about how soon we may have to replace do to the stitching coming apart. ***UPDATE*** Company reached out to help/fix stitching I dropped the ball on that but I believe it was just the backstitch because this heel cup has survived 2 competitive gymnastics I’ve recently ordered a second one for her other foot. This is a great tool for practice and competition

The fit is great, it did seem to help my daughter's foot a lot when she wore it for cheer, but it was a little confusing for her to put on, on her own at first. Definitely recommend it though and it seems pretty durable.

My daughter is the top for an acrobatic gymnastics trio and she was having some heel pain when she lands out of skills. This brace has helped so much. She wears it at practice and is no longer complaining about heel pain.

My daughter is 10 and is in gymnastics 12+ hours per week. She has been having heel pain for the past year so I set out to find something to protect her heels without hindering her abilities. She has used these for the past 3 weeks and she has not had any pain since she started wearing them. Originally we ordered the ones for under 70 lbs. My daughter weighs 66 lbs and wears a sz 2/3 shoe. She was unable to get them on her feet. We exchanged them for the 70-80 lb ones. Again they were very hard to get on but she was finally able to get them on and after a couple weeks they are easy for her to get on. The only time they are in the way is when she does the splits. They tend to stick to the floor. She uses them all the time in practice but will not be wearing them for a meet.

I am disappointed that I cannot return an item that is faulty. I ordered a small i received an XS in a small packet! No returns or refunds very bad.

Helping with my daughter’s severs who is a competitive gymnast

Bought for 11 year old daughter who competes in Acro Gymnastics at national level. Like a lot of pre-teen sportspeople she suffers from the impact of extensive training (12 hrs + per week) on joints and bones. A common symptom is Severs disease - often associated with a rapid growth spurt. As the bones get longer, the muscles and tendons become tighter as they cannot keep up with the bone growth. This causes pain and tenderness at the back of the heel which is made worse with physical activity.
