eTECH USB2.0 High Speed xD Memory Card Reader Supports Olympus and Fuji XD Picture Card 1GB 2GB

I recently bought an old digicam that uses XD cards, and this adapter was perfect. Everything works as described, and my laptop had no issues detecting the card. I like that the adapter is small, so storage is easy. Have not tried transferring files yet, but I don't think there will be issues there. Overall, a very affordable adapter for a card that is considered a rarity these days.

It works as specified. I had lost my other one, so this is a replacement. It works very well.

This little guy works perfectly for me to read the little 1 and 2 MB XD cards that were used by my (now very old) Fuji cameras. The cameras died years ago and, since then, I had no way to read XD cards so was not able to retrieve the photos taken with those cameras. Others have commented that this device didn't work for them and some have stated that the card reader destroyed the data on their cards but I did not experience that. While I can't say for sure, my guess is that they may have been trying to use this device to read larger capacity cards and that might be why they ran into trouble, but that's just a guess. From the info in the ad, this device appears to be designed to read small capacity cards. If you want to read XD cards larger than 2MB, you might do well to use a different device. I hope this is helpful.

Received fast, worked as expected, priced well. What's not to like?

Ordered this card reader to include with a little-used camera that I wanted to sell because it can be difficult to find PCs that have xD picture card slots. It worked well and was included with the camera when it was sold and there were no complaints from the buyer.

There is nothing to dislike about this product. I transferred my pictures from a few Olympus memory cards I had to my laptop without any problems. I bought 2 previously that didn't work with Windows 10 but thankfully this one does. I highly recommend this product.

The slot on my laptop stopped working for my camera cards after a Windows 10 update. This device works great and is much faster than plugging my camera directly into my laptop.

Only way to get xd onto your ipad

Only a minor negative thing, the disk doesn't go in the slot really easily.

I have an old Fujifilm camera and cannot get it to download my photos onto my MacBook pro even with a USB adapter. either I am doing something wrong or it doesn't work with newer computers.
