Sturdy Product and Useful tool for residence
Tool is sturdy and useful for plumbing work especially for DIY residence owner's as well professional's. However the piece which was sent to me appears to be old stock as the grease had almost completely dried up and adjustable screw is getting struck at 2 places. Seller shipped without checking or oiling it with a torn outer box. I had to oil it to operate the adjustable screw and still it is getting struck and two places. This could be a manufacturing defect and I presume, with more usage the screw will move bit freely. The dried up grease has also stained the measurement marking and needs to be cleaned. However I was able to complete the job with the tool and changed the tap at my residence without calling a plumber.
