How many servings in this container?

The 2 pound container says 28 servings. I've never actually scooped it all out at once to see, but I would bet it's about correct. I love this product and feel it is a good quality. I like the vanilla and the chocolate.

I bought this pwder in vanilla flavor in a packet form. Wondering if requires refrigerationafter opening and then how long does it last once opened?

I don't refrigerate after opening and it's fine, I usually take about a month to finish a container. Once mixed with liquid I would think you have 24 hours to consume
