think! High Protein Bar, Chocolate Fudge, 10 Count

"thinkThin Chocolate Fudge, 2.1-Ounce Bar (Pack of 10)" taste excellent so long as they are always kept at a temperature above 40 degrees Fahrenheit and below 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I live in the desert southwest, so when I first ordered these from Amazon last summer, and it was well over 110 degrees Fahrenheit, what I received was a mess, so I put them in the Fridge. Went from too hot to too cold, the taste was gritty and messy as the chocolate enrobing shattered and fell off, still better than 110 degree puddles I was first presented. Now that it's winter, and the weather is between 40 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit, every bar I have received from Amazon has been perfect. I store the bars at room temperature. The bars are smooth, moist and chewy, perfect in all the ways I expected. I will need to order a 6 month supply before May if I want to enjoy these bars during the very hot summer months. So, for everyone who is having taste troubles with these particular bars, try to schedule a shipment when your local weather will be above 40 degrees Fahrenheit and below 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

The seller went above and beyond by shipping a box of these protein bars in a refrigerated box. I am glad they did because I received a second shipment that did not have the refrigerated packing, and the bars were squished and had changed color (likely from melting and re-hardening during shipping, my guess). I do love these bars, and they are helping me stay on track with my weight loss protocol, but I have found a local store that sells them and will hopefully not have to have them shipped any longer. The taste is really good, and these are very satisfying. I can usually go 4-5 hours between meals when I have one of these. This is also a recommended brand for protein weight loss supplementation according to my licensed nutritionist. They're working for me.

UPDATE I finally tried the Brownie Crunch think! Protein Bars, and it's my favorite of the standard bars. The chocolate taste is much yummier to me - a chocolate lover from way back - and significantly tastier than the white chocolate or the chocolate fudge bars. I'm on the fence about the crunch in the brownie crunch, but I've been eating these regularly for a year now. Regarding all the bars, the protein is at least half soy and at most half whey protein isolate. I am not sure that soy protein is as bio-available as whey protein, so be sure to look that up if it's of concern. I switched from other bars to these as they don't use erythritol for sweetening. ORIGINAL REVIEW I wanted to try some new protein bars, and since these are fairly highly rated, vegetarian and low in sugar, I decided to try them. And I really feel like I must be missing something... First, the positives. These bars are reasonably priced, and each bar has 20 grams of protein. The boxes are strong, so they arrived in good condition. And they're available in a variety of flavors. I love chocolate, so I tried a couple of the chocolate flavors. First, I tried the white chocolate bars. The icing is delish, but the bar itself is rather tasteless and not very chocolatey. Then I tried the chocolate fudge bars. The icing isn't as sweet, I didn't find it chocolatey, and while the bar itself has a little more chocolatey flavor than the white chocolate bars, it's not sweet and it's only a little chocolate tasting. The main part of both bars was soft and sort of dry. Honestly I am disappointed and also surprised. For my personal preferences, Quest bars (especially the Double Chocolate Chunk flavor) and ONE bars both taste better with a better texture. I don't think I'll be trying these again. But your mileage may vary.

Shipped in hot cold pack with ice pack shipping company delivered it before ice pack melted Perfect condition

Great to keep some of these at work for those busy days. No sugar (0 grams), gluten free, and plenty of protein. They taste better than any of the other chocolate flavored bars I've tried. The brownie crunch bars are excellent as well - Nice texture. I will be keeping a supply of these on hand. Also, best price I've found (on Amazon).

Bought these to carry in my purse for when I need a protein hit between meals. They taste okay--like a protein bar denser, drier version of 3 Musketeers (that's how my first taste of them hit me, 3 Musketeerish, but not fluffy and with that protein-bar aftertaste). I really hate that they use maltitol (stuff is murder on the gut). So, I only eat 1/2 a bar at a time. If you are sensitive to sugar alcohols (you know what I mean, the gassiness and runny poopiness), I'd reconsider these or just have 1/3rd or 1/2 at a time. I'd never risk a whole bar. It's hard to find a tasty gluten-free protein bar, and while I prefer soy-free, too, I don't eat this that often. A box lasts me quite a while. Quest has a better ingredients profile, but I find them just too hard and too chewy and I'm not a fan of their flavors. (Hubby loves two of their flavors, but I find one too hard and one too sweet). This one's not overly sweet, but the ingredients profile is not ideal. Maltitol sucks. Oh, well. Still, a useful bar for the GF crowd. Note: You should try a single bar from the store before buying a box. And pay attention to reviews. Some third party vendors must have sold old product (grey, stale, white, powdery). I, unfortunately, have learned that some vendors come here to sell very stale or damaged stock....let Amazon know right away when this happens.

So I gave these 5 stars, but there are some things to know... I think they are a little gritty and they are weirdly not sweet. I still love them and give them 5 stars because the carb content in them is so low- you can't expect them to taste like cake. For what I was looking for these really nailed it. They are super filling, low calorie count considering whats in them, and very much edible. Can't ask for much more

I wish I’d read the reviews on the THINK! Website first…I received five boxes of the same lot of THINK! Creamy peanut butter bars. As soon as I opened the outer shipping box I could smell musty mold. I tried one and it was disgusting. I opened a second box, same thing. I put it in the trash and had to put the trash outside. MOLDY!! not chocolate bloom. MOLD. I reached out to Candace at THINK, because you can’t return them on Amazon. She was helpful and sent out a new shipment. Second shipment, SAME LOT, same mold. THIRD shipment - crushed, wet from the packing and hey! SAME LOT, mold. I now have 75 moldy THINK bars. All of them from the same lot. Waste of money and waste of time. Not to mention THINK is selling moldy protein bars. Gross. Dangerous and disappointing as I’ve enjoyed these protein bars for years.

Me gustaron las barritas, son dulces pero tienen buen sabor, es difícil encontrarlas a la venta , pero estas llegaron a tiempo y en buena forma

I used to get these in the USA so was delighted to find them on Amazon. They taste better than similar products.

What sets think! apart is the structural integrity of the bar. Unlike bars that feel like chewing on an eraser, these have a distinct "snap" thanks to the chocolate coating, followed by a soft, fudge-like core.

Son deliciosas y tienen la cantidad de proteína con la dosis necesaria para cumplir en una colación o complementar un alimento!!
