Much better cleat than the standard 6'/15'
I think calling this the "easy release" cleat isn't quite the right term to use for it. It does engage and disengage with a much more positive feel than the standard cleat. In my experience the standard cleat felt mushy and was inconsistent on the release. There was a big difference between left and right cleat on the standard, these cleats are very similar from left to right. Neither cleat disengages unexpectedly even on gnarly terrain. I think that beginner as well as experienced riders will appreciate the feel of this cleat.

Nice for easy pedal release
Bought these for riding my gravel bike. Easy release is nice for mixed rides on and off road. Easy in and out. Still use stock cleats for MTB.

Reliable and quick install.
Always a solid set of cleats. Let the first set go a little too long before replacing LOL These install super easy but if it’s your first time using them be sure to have your phone handy. Instructions are all online but I found it easier to pull up the install on you tube.

I bought a bike that came with egg beaters. Bought these to put on my shoes. They work as they should. Easy to clip in and out of my pedals

Keeps the cleat from digging into the shoe, maybe the hard surface might help with power transfer

Great for switching to clipless
They are great! I was kind of nervous switching to clipless but with the easy out release of these switching was quite easy.

These cleats clip in and out easily. You may have to trim the edges of your shoes, but bikers know that all ready.

Los mejores para iniciar
Éstas son las calas que con más facilidad te permiten liberarte, combinadas con los Eggbeater o los Candy son muy buenas para aprender a usar Clips (pedales automáticos, choclos, etc...). Sólo la liberación es más fácil de 10 grados, por que el agarre y movimiento del pié (float) sigue siendo el mismo que las calas estándar doradas de 15 grados, lo peligroso es acostumbrase a ésta liberación tan sencilla que cuando uses otros sistemas (SPD, HT...) la memoria muscular te traicione con ángulos más tradicionales.
