Very sharp blade, cuts the pizza perfect! It is easy to grip. This blade works best on a flat surface. Be sure to wash the blade off right away if it has a lot of melted cheese on it because it sticks and dries fast. This works so much better than a traditional round pizza cutter. I recommend using this cutter.

This is amazing and so easy to use. Nice clean cuts for your pizza. No scrubbing necessary as other stainless steal cutters. Nice cover to protect the blade.

I bought this because I used to use the roller pizza cutter. The problem with that is that it smushes the toppings and spoils the pizza slices honestly. It drags the cheese and toppings with it as it rolls and it is very sharp as well. So you can't use it on plastic cutting boards (esp with microplastics it is best to use wood boards or stone ones like granite topped which are best). This one has the right size to cut a 12" pizza and worked amazingly well. it simply rolls over the pizza and you can make easy great pizza cuts. The quality is fantastic and the blade isn't sharp so it is safe for kids to use too. The unit stows easily and cleans easily too. Overall this is a fantastic purchase for home made pizza lovers

It's a pizza cutter.

I've been wanting to try one of these for about a year. The small cutting wheel alternatives are a pain to clean and smash more than they cut. I was very pleased when I received the KitchenStar 16" for pizza night. I rarely make anything much bigger than 12" so this was a perfect size for my needs. The stainless-steel blade is sharp, easy to manage and cut the assorted variety of pizzas I made pretty easily. The slight curve seems like a well-suited radius for the size of pizzas I make. The handle portion probably could be a bit bigger for some, but it works fine and I didn't want a big bulky gadget for space reasons. Clean-up is as easy as it gets however, like I said, this is very sharp. If you have a bunch of things in the sink with soapy water, you do not want to grab the wrong end of this. It does come with a protective cover for the blade for storage which is a must if you are keeping it in a drawer with other occasionally used utensils. After using this on about ten pies, I'm very happy with my purchase and my old wheel cutter is going straight to the yard sale pile.

This is absolutely the best way to cut your pizza. Those wheels just don't get the job done. This works smoothly with little effort. It is stainless steel and even has a blade cover and instructions right on the plastic cover it was shipped in. I highly recommend it!

I bought one of these a few years ago for my daughter-in-law, who is quite the pizza maker.
