yes it does turn blue but I have never had that problem I just pick it up and put it in my mouth and take a drink and swallow it never did have blue tongue or teeth or mouth not at all hard to swallow and does not upset your stomach that is the important thing and you are not getting a whole lot of fillers with it I have been taking it for over 30 years

This product might be good for your tummy but if it gets wet you end up with blue dye all overyour tongue, teeth and hands!!!!I can't use it - I don't want blue teeth.
