Staple in Our Protein Shakes
My wife absolutely loves this Mt. Capra Mineral Whey. She adds it to our protein shakes every time she makes them, and it’s become a staple in our routine. The product mixes well, tastes good, and adds real nutritional value. As long as they continue producing a solid product, we’ll be lifelong customers. I can’t recommend it enough. TL;DR: Excellent mineral whey — mixes well, tastes great, and we’ll keep buying it.

You'd need to eat an avocado or a sweet potato to get near the amount of potassium that ...
This is one of those products that I intend to use for long-term, as long as I can afford it. It's made from goat milk, grass-fed I believe, which means it should be easier to tolerate than cow milk for those who have issues with dairy. It contains a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to the electrolyte content. You'd need to eat an avocado or a sweet potato to get near the amount of potassium that this stuff has, and it also has the same amount of calcium as a serving of dairy products, plus it has magnesium and naturally occurring sodium. These four minerals (and others), called electrolytes, are important to maintaining various processes in your body based on electrical reactions and energy needs. They are probably the next-most important thing to consider in your diet after you take care of your macronutrient needs. The thing that really sells this stuff for me is that it is an animal product and is alkalizing like vegetables are. But while you might get beneficial compounds from consuming plants, your ability to absorb the mineral content isn't going to be as good as an animal-sourced food. That means you are consuming the equivalent of a serving or more of vegetables in terms of mineral content and your body can utilize that mineral content better than if you got it from vegetables! If you are concerned about your health and don't like to eat too many vegetables, this may be one part of a strategy to counteract deficiencies that would otherwise result from that dietary choice.

Update
Update Review: I've been taking this for over a month now, and can't imagine trying any other source for the minerals my body has been craving. If you are watching your oxalates, this is also a wonderful option to get your potassium, magnesium and calcium. Value for the money? I can now say, yes! This is definitely worth every penny spent. Thank you Mt. Capra! First Review: Been using for a couple of weeks and think it's going to be a fit for me. I'm just using one tablespoon a serving for right now. Value for the money, I imagine it is priced right, due to the process in making it, but will have to consider after I've used it completely. The size I purchased lasts for two weeks at 2 tablespoons a serving, for around $23.00. I guess that's not too bad. I'll keep you posted!

Mt Capra Mineral Whey
Capra Mineral Whey is soluble in liquids, does not taste bad, mixes well, rare clumping if any. It is good as an electrolyte powder supplement. Recommend

Mine always gets solid and hard!
Ive been using this for about a year and definitely think it is helping balance my mineral deficiency. I put it into my morning coffee. The one thing that frustrates me is the fact the powder gets solid and hard! I have to take a knife and chip at it. I have it in a cabinet where there isn’t any moisture, it’s on the opposite side of the kitchen from my stove and sink so don’t understand why it becomes hard. And it’s happened to every one that I have bought! Any suggestions? I also put one of those small moisture packs like what comes in my vitamins thinking that might help but it doesn’t!

Great mineral and electrolyte source!
I love the ‘malty’ flavor. It is rich and creamy, mixes well in water and has improved my skin, quality of sleep, digestion and overall feeling of wellbeing. I am not much of a meat eater and Capra Mineral Whey along with a collagen protein powder fills a gap. I seem to have much more energy (while still feeling calm) since using it. Great product!
