can this microwave be used in motor home or a small cabinet

No. It is too large, heavy and gets rather hot

Hello, what is the pizza setting for? Would it finish off pre-baked frozen pizza from supermarket? Does it ensure cheese browns as normal?

Yes you input the setting, either frozen or chilled pizza followed by the weight. Then press start and it calculates the time perfectly. Best microwave ever! Baked potatoes, you just tell it how many potatoes and it cooks it by microwave and grill for a perfect crispy skin and fluffy potato.

For sharp yc-mg51u-s what is the width from the centre of th left foot to the centre of the right foot?

31 cm, I just measured this to centre the unit.

How does the child lock work on this microwave

The operating instruction booklet says: To set the child lock, press and hold the "Stop" key for 3 seconds; a long bleep will be heard and the display will say "Loc". Oven now in child lock mode. While in this mode the display will show the clock. If any key is pressed or door opened "Loc" will be seen for 10 seconds. To cancel - press and hold Stop key for 3 seconds until long bleep heard. Booklet warns to keep young children away from microwave.
