Someone lost the fire box key.and I purchased one as a replacement. It was little more than others ,that I saw and don't know why.It did work

Key does work, needs used a few times first
I ordered a key for a SIMPLEX 2099-9756 - Pullstation D/A, IN/O, and at first, I didn't think it was the correct key. It didn't seem to fit correctly, and I was afraid it would break in the lock. Thankfully the company sent a business card with the key and I contacted the representative via email. He responded quickly and graciously! He explained that the key just needed a little jiggling and that after the first time it unlocked, it would be fine afterward. He was correct. I am happily surprised with the quality of customer service I received because it is few and far between these days. I will definitely buy from here if needed again!
