Easy and durable.
Just an awesome product. Wanted a tidy, uniform looking slab. More durable than an 2 part epoxy I previously used (different slab). I have used before on a smaller product and loved it. Very easy to apply. I highly recommend using a wide roller that is attached to the roller handle at both sides - this stuff is pretty heavy on the roll and a flimsly roller won't cut it. I had my concrete guy finish the surface rough (brushed with broom) for adherence and grip. No chips and no clear coat here. Finshed product is matte. ABOLUTELY WORTH THE MONEY. I used a power washer to prep clean slab (instructions say not too) - I'm guessing because this product cures with moisture as the catalyst or whatever - let it dry for a couple of days inbetween. Had some little bubbles after first coat - I walked on those at about 4 hours and then painted a 2nd coat. The result is a beautiful looking slab that can tolerate a sub compact tractor and all terrain vehicle with zero tire lift. Just perfect!

Love the color
I'm not a professional when it comes to using these types of products, but it was pretty easy to use and applied fine. It covers well and appears to seal things nicely. It has a nice appearance and seems durable. I love the color. It does have some odor, but I expected that. Overall, good product!

Exactly what I wanted!
PLEASE READ: We had a lot of permanent stains in our basement floor, I used a 3 in 1 stain lifter and cleaner prior to painting which did nothing. I was worried the stains would show through the paint but the paint covered them flawlessly. HOW MUCH PAINT DO I NEED? This was my biggest question. I needed it for a 17x18 (308 sq ft) room. The first coat soaked into the concrete, the second coat looked better but the overlap lines were still visible. The third coat was perfect. I used two cans for my project. BEWARE: This stuff is HIGHLY potent. We painted our basement and you could smell it even upstairs. We had the basement door open and fans blowing. USE A RESPIRATOR. I work with resin so I used my chemical respirator. USE GLOVES. I made the mistake of getting this on my hands thinking I could wash it off like acrylic paint. It does NOT come off. I ended up using mineral oil to remove it from my hands. The paint roller and everything else that touched it was thrown away. Hope this helps!

Holding up 5 years later.
Applied this to my garage floor 5 years ago and it's still holding up perfectly. No flaking, pealing, or discoloring. I live in the Midwest, so it's exposed to temperature extremes and road salt. Full disclosure: my garage floor was less than 2 years old, so I didn't have extensive stains or moisture issues. Some of my lessons learned: 1. Prep prep prep. Follow the instructions. I cleaned and etched extensively. This stuff is too expensive to not take the extra steps. 2. Apply Thin coats. This is solvent based, so putting it on too thick can cause bubbles. 3. Similarly, work on small sections unless you figure out technique. It's easy to accidentally apply uneven coats and get some bubbly parts. 4. Dry times are based on air moisture. I applied this in November when it was about as dry as possible and it took 2-3 days to dry between coats. I applied some to my garage side walls during the summer and it dried within a couple hours. 5. Make sure your work area is well ventilated and you wear a mask. This is solvent-based so it puts off some serious fumes. 6. If you're not confident you can finish your project quickly (or trying applying during November...), I would buy multiple 1 gallon cans instead of a 5 gallon can. This stuff still cures in the can and creates a hardened layer if left for too long. It's also kind of hard to judge how much you need because subsequent coats take less paint.

Good product, worth the effort. Beware coverage guidelines.
Appears to be very durable. Application was medium-difficult, especially with added non-slip on second coat (hard to get even application of non-slip, probably not fault of product), possibly harder than epoxy due to thickness of material. WARNING: Covered 575 sq. ft., two full coats, medium thickness application and non-slip, using only 2.5gals. This is much more area than manufacturers estimate, and ended up with an extra 1.5 gals. I ordered four gallons estimating 300 sqft/gal., but product is not refundable so I can't return the unused gallon (at $190+tax).

Painting floors in the garage.
Good morning everyone . Very bad paint! I do not recommend anyone to buy it! It is thick and while painting the floor in the garage, it became thick and it was impossible to continue working with this paint! I had to buy new paint from another company at Home Depot, and painted the floors gray because the store didn't stock black. And yet, the goods are not accepted back! In the end, I wasted so much money! In the photo, my garage is painted Another Gray color , Another company.

Good buy, with some FYI’s
I spent a ton of time researching what type of product to use on my very ugly front cement porch (the cement was very patchy and discolored on many spots from when the house was built a few years ago). Overall I’m very happy with this product. It is very durable and looks so nice when it’s completed. Application itself was fairly simple. One issue I had is that I learned the hard way that if you put a coat on too thick it would leave air bubbles that would pop. Even though I was very careful with applying it, the bubbles popped and got on my siding/trim (see photo). It’s not super noticeable unless you’re looking for mistakes and I’d still do this project again. I ended up also doing the whole front foundation on the house after completing the porch because I thought it looked so nice. I added some grit into the top layer on the steps and porch to keep it from being too slick when wet. So far it is great! I would recommend to get this project done all in the same day… I made the mistake of doing touch ups the next morning and the leftover product had started getting hard. Thankfully I had shut the can well enough that once I cut through the top of the product there was enough to finish my touch ups. Also recommend pulling painters tape off when it’s still wet, and just using a new roller/brush for each coat. Even though I had bagged the roller/brush to keep air out, parts of it dried and were hard so I had to get a new one out anyway. This stuff is rock hard when it dries and made it pretty difficult to pull the tape the next day. Overall a good buy.

Tough Finish, Beautiful Color, Very Hard To Apply
This product seems very tough and durable. And it cleans up decently off your hands with acetone. We used a brush to coat around the room and around roughed in plumbing. We used epoxy rollers for the main floor area b/c you do not want any shedding of fuzz from your roller when you apply this finish. I put down 2 coats of color (Turquoise, which is lovely by the way) followed by one coat of clear after which I had to touch up in many areas. The first coat took 90 minutes to complete (900 SF). The next 2 coats took 1 hour each to apply. I went meticulously across the room painting myself out the front door each time. I rolled one direction to put the paint on the floor, then rolled perpendicularly across the area to get best coverage, not miss areas, and to try for a smooth finish. The first coat of color went down wonderfully! The second coat however was very difficult b/c you could not see where you had been and were you needed to go. Additionally, the roller marks were much more prominent with the second coat. Another problem is if you have a drip from the roller and do not see it to roll over it to spread it out or if you have even a small puddle that you miss and do not roll out, it expands and bubbles as it cures and leaves blemishes in the finish. We had to sand more than a few of these after the second color coat. But fortunately we did not have to recoat with color. The clear coat covered the sanded areas just fine. The clear coat was another matter... I seemed to have greater issues with uneven texture at the edge of the roller and with back and forth roller movement with the clear coat than with the color coats. It wasn't roller marks per se, but rather blotchy areas where the coating was uneven- not smooth. As with the second color coat, it was very difficult to see where you had been and where you needed to go with the clear coat. Consequently, I missed a number of places and had to go back over those areas after the 3rd coat of this stuff had dried. I can't say that my efforts substantially improved the outcome, maybe some... But this is not a perfect finish. I am disappointed with the way this floor looks... It is a workshop, so it will have to do, but for all the hard work we put out (no corners were cut) and with our experience, I had higher hopes for the floor. We worked for 4 days on this and we are experienced painters and have used almost every paint product and type out there... except for this one. Each coat was completely dry before the next went down. I can honestly and sadly say that I would not use this product again and would not recommend it either. I really would like to like this stuff. But it is SOOOO hard to work with and it doesn't level itself much at all!!! And that is the biggest problem that I see with it overall. Therefore getting a professional looking outcome is nearly impossible with a roller... we used rollers b/c this product behaves like thinned down gorilla glue so I did not want to ruin a sprayer. It is VERY sticky, expands and bubbles as it dries if it is not a very thin layer. Clean up is best attempted with acetone. We were fairly successful getting this stuff off of our hands with acetone, but brushes (for the edges of the room), rollers, tray liners, etc were sacrificed. There was no cleaning them! Finally, this product is listed as low VOC, but WEAR A RESPIRATOR!!! It is a must. Our 900 SF shop became overwhelming after 15-20 minutes of putting this down. My eyes were burning and the smell was getting very powerful. Applying this without a respirator has to be toxic to your health! The respirator allowed me to breath, but my eyes burned and watered after the first 20 minutes and until each coat was done and I was back out in fresh air.
