Ancient Elixir Superfood Matcha

I've found significant health improvement using Ancient Elixirs Matcha. Great product especially good for early morning energy

All three of this series are delicious and helpful. I've found significant health improvement using them. Yes, they are presweetented, but you don't need to add anything which is great.I use a hand frother to mix and it does a great job. I've had to use a spoon here and there, it's not quite so smooth, but I don't mind it much. You may want to consider one if you don't have one. I feel the cocoa is the hardest to mix. I always try to leave "room" to allow for the mixing process.For the matcha, I actually prefer it to regular, as I have to add my own sweetener to straight matcha and you don't get the added benefits. I usually prefer almond milk with it, I use coconut milk a lot too.For the cold brew, it really is reminiscent of coffee, especially if you use water and not a variety of milks. When I crave coffee, it works. 😁At first, I didnt like the cocoa as much as the other two, but gradually I got used to it (about half a can lol),and now I love it. Again, it needs no additions, so for those of us who are used to adding things in, its helpful to break the habit. :)Please try it! I've loved every product I've tried from this company and been very satisfied.

Omg talk about sweet! I could not bear the taste of this. It’s so overly sweet, not sure if it’s the stevia, which tends to be potent, or the vanilla or “natural” flavor added. Went back

It’s only been a few days, but I feel like I am a bit more energetic! This dissolves easily in coffee, and it really does taste great! Time will tell.

This is a good substitute for regular cocoa when on the keto diet. It’s a little thin and not very rich tasting, but I am happy to have a soothing hot cocoa drink when needed. It has the added benefit of collagen, ashwaganda, Chaka and reishi. At only 60 calories, it is worth it.

I love the taste of this but the pea seed fiber was rough on my stomach. Is this a necessary ingredient?
