What are the ingredients?

It appears they've changed the recipe. Just look at the updated ingredients in the, description area. It is no longer coconut oil (which is a very healthy and slimming fat) and a blend of fats that include nasty canola. oil. Also some disagreeable lactic acid. I would have copy pasted the ingredients but I already started answering. It's in the description go take a look at it. No longer healthy in my opinion. Plus I don't support them any longer for the founders worldview position and practices

What is the differnce between the 3 oz bars (pack of 12) and the 12 ct? Aren't they the same quantity?

Based on that info, yes, pack of 12 & 12 count are sayin the same thing just differently, do the packaging images look the same?

Why did i receive muffins when i ordered bars and it says bars on clear package it came in?

I got the bars so maybe it was an error.
