Bamboo Sushi Rolling Mat

This mat made rolling up sushi very easy. It's a pretty simple design. Very straightforward and nicely made. It's the perfect size for nori sheets.

Oh, where do I even start with this bamboo sushi rolling mat? Listen, you won't believe what happened. I tried to roll up some sushi using beans, and let me tell you—it was an absolute disaster! Beans spilling everywhere, sliding off the mat like they were auditioning for a gymnastics competition or something. I mean, who makes a sushi rolling mat that can't handle beans, right? It's like building a car without wheels! Okay, sure, sushi usually doesn't have beans, but hey, a girl's gotta experiment! The bamboo sticks are too far apart, or something. It was like watching a high-speed chase, but with beans! But you know what? Even after this culinary calamity, I'm giving this mat 5 stars. Why, you ask? Because aside from the whole bean debacle, this thing is a star performer. Rolls up your sushi tighter than a drum, easy to clean, and has that authentic look that makes you feel like you're a sushi chef in Tokyo. So, despite its shortcomings in the legume department, I'm all in. And when I say "all in," I mean I'm probably buying at least 10 more over the years. Bean disaster or not, it's too good to pass up. The bamboo sushi mat is great quality for the price. It’s tightly woven and flexible, which makes rolling easy even for beginners. I’d recommend wrapping it in plastic wrap before using if you want to keep it super clean. Overall, a nice little tool that makes a big difference for sushi lovers at home!

Im sure the rolling mat works great. I followed instructions perfectly. I did manage to get one of the rolls to be pretty close to perfect. However, most didn't. But unlike a lot of people, Ill blame myself, because I just need more practice. I bought a brand new rice cooker 2 days ago from Costc0, so now I'll be making a LOT more sushi! I subtracted one star because it does look cheaper made in person. But it's a sushi mat. What more can we say? I will add that this is the EXACT same mat sold in most of the sushi kits. Same mat, same packaging, same colors and design, same brand. It's EXACTLY the same. I do wish it were larger, because I'm tired after working all day, and I'd rather make larger rolls.

Looks nice smells good. Have not tried for sushi yet will be great to make breakfast rolls. Good delivery, not broken

It's okay, it gets the job done. The quality could be better and sometimes when you roll it gets kind of sticky. The design is great but rollability could be better. I like the size to store in a drawer. The value is great but if you're looking for a seamless sushi mat I'd probably invest in higher quality
