Makes a great base for Wonton Soup. Just add bok Choi, mushrooms, and mini wontons for a great soup.

This is favorite instant Wonton soup flavoring. It's not too salty and the perfect hint of sweet. It is easy to use and my whole family loves it! Just add some veg, dumplings, scallions and sesame oil to the broth, makes perfect wonton soup every time!

This is actually very tasty stuff. I add it to low sodium chicken broth and it turns out well. Haven’t even tried adding extra ingredients for flavor.

Dislike the weakness/concentration. Had to use allot for a small amount of broth. I'll probably try it in tradional chicken noodle soup but not wonton because it really to me it tasted like normal chicken bullion. Not a bad flavor though.

I love this stuff! It gives my soups a better depth than chicken base or bouillon. And it's not as salty. Also, a bit cheaper than base.

Tad salty. Ya don’t need a ton

As a stand alone soup base, this is one of the most flavorful and tasty ones I have ever tried. I boil water and mix this in a little at a time, sampling occasionally to get the depth and intensity I want. Throw in some store bought noodles and store bought frozen dumplings and some bok choy or other greens and you have this great meal made super fast. (Throw in dumplings before noodles as they take longer to cook). My entire family loved this flavor. Try this one, hands down one of the best stand alone broth mixes.

Excellent flavor - I use it to make my own wakame soup with dried seaweed & scallions but also as an extender for won ton soup from the local restaurant. They give you so many wontons, not as much broth so I add a couple of cups of this base to have won ton soup almost all week!
