Great flavor and texture
Love this brand! Excellent for roasted pears or apples for a Fall salad

Very good molasses, exactly as I remember it from traveling to Armenia.
Wonderfully tasty thing with very reach bouquet and amazingly good light bitterness. Could be just not so sweet, but even as it is - it's pretty close to perfect. Very close to similar stuff I remember from visiting Armenia when I was 40 years younger:-). I use it with beef, pork, and chicken. Not for cooking, I just take a bit of it on every piece before it travels to my mouth. The only thing I can suggest - don't take a lot of it. Just a few drops do the job.

Excellent
I bought this for a recipe and the flavor is fantastic. Now I started using it in other dishes.

Fabulous Addition
So far I have used this wonderful product to make several dishes. My husband's favorite is a simple salad dressing of a really good olive oil, aged balsamic, salt, and pomegranate vinegar. It emulsifies beautifully and a little goes a long way. Mixed with tahini it makes a wonderful topping for grilled or roasted eggplant.

nasty
I've used various brands of pomegranate molasses. This is the first one I've gotten that just tastes bad. I was making an eggplant salad dressing and kept remaking it, suspicious of every ingredient I was putting into it because I couldn't understand why it was so unpleasant. Finally I took a sip of the molasses straight from the bottle and realized it was the culprit. Oily and bitter, bitter, bitter.

Delicious but really hard to open
I'm testing recipes for a new America's Test Kitchen cook book. Every recipe has a hard to find ingredient. I've given the that feedback. Bless Amazon Prime for help receiving these ingredients. After I used the requisite 2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses in a kind of beet humus, which was delish, I started using the pomegranate molasses as a glaze for salmon and beef. Also delish . This bottle was really difficult to open. Its cap is metal and was a little bent. I had to soak it and finally wrapping the top in foam and using pliers, I was able to get it open. A plastic top with an inner seal would solve the problem.

Makes awesome salad dressing!
This is fantastic! I use it to make a Bobby Flay salad dressing. I use spinach for the greens. It has walnuts, apples, and crumbled cheese. It is a perfect balance with this dressing. Do a foodnetwork search and come back and order this. You will be so glad that you did! It is mine and my daughter's favorite salad! Unbelievably awesome!
