8 yr old grandson it learning his math skills and likes to play with it

It works but not all the features do. I was disappointed.

The one I have is a couple of years old, so maybe they have fixed this by now, but mine has no volume control and its LOUD! My son has to take it in his room and shut the door so we don't hear it all through the house. I usually only let him have it for a little while at a time, then put it away for a few months since I hate it so. I've finally had it and I'm just going to give it away. Educational value is okay I suppose, its just repetitive learning. It is very durable though, ours has been dropped many times and still works well.
