Wheat Free Spaghetti -- 8 oz

I have found this brand in my local store. I have Celiac's disease, so believe me when I say that I am HIGHLY sensitive to products that have wheat or even have cross contamination - I get violently ill. So I don't agree with the rating that this is not wheat free because it is. I have NEVER gotten sick from eating this pasta, and again you have to cook it thoroughly. If you don't cook it completely it will not turn out right - just like regular pasta - if you cook it too long it gets gummy, or not enough it's too hard.But I have made my famous spaghetti for not only my children (who are the hardest critics on the planet) but for guests that have come to my home for dinner. And NO ONE knew that my spaghetti was GLUTEN FREE. So with that being said, you have to know how to cook in short. Don't buy this expecting to think that this pasta is going to come will all the flavor you need. You still have to add whatever it is that you add to your spaghetti any other time you make it.With that being said....One thing about this is that it's made with a grain - Quinoa and Corn. Need I say more? This means that you MUST have something else of substance to eat with it or else after an hour you will be starving again. I use my 2 meats, sauce, and lots of veggies in my dish. So that I'm not eating again in an hour. It's a wonderful healthy alternative to pasta and it holds up great even on the second day. I've had other corn or rice pastas and these are even worse the 2nd time around. This product is the best!

Was not the right product! I am allergic to rice. They apparently added it to new and improved but did not add that to their product information. Now I’m stuck with $100 in pasta that would make me sick. VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!! Don’t trust them!!

This pasta , by far, is the best gluten free pasta around. Been using it for the last few years. Some gluten free pastas end up “gluey” but this one never does . Cannot tell the difference between this and regular pasta .

I don't care for the changed ingredients by adding brown rice. It is much heavier in substance.

I bought this because I am trying to eat more healthy and stay away from " processed" foods. This fits perfectly. Taste so close to regular noodles that it's hard to tell the difference. I'm not a fan of whole wheat noodles only because of the texture. This works out perfectly because family doesn't even know the difference and it's so much healthier than the processed noodles.

Flavor is really good

Item came open and not eligible for return. The shipping boz was okay but someone shipped the product box like this. Who eats food from an open box?

I love the texture of this pasta, it is slightly more firm when finished cooking. You will enjoy it very much!
