Love this powder, so much better tasting than the powder in the American Kraft mac and cheese boxes. It's too bad the tariff mess has now made this nearly double the price it was. That being said, the product itself is great, very cheesy. I'll buy again, but I'm kicking myself for not replenishing my supply sooner. Hopefully the price comes back down at some point.

This is stuff a chemical all the way. Its the least salty and taste great,

This cheese is close but it is not the cheese that comes from the box of Mac n cheese . It has an off flavor but it is close. You would think since it’s from craft it would be the same

My daughter loves kraft mac and cheese, but sometimes I like to make it with different shapes, so I was buying mac and cheese boxes mainly for the powder. This was a great solution, and now I can use any pasta I have on hand. Not sure if it is my imagination, but I think it requires more powder than the one that comes in the regular box to make the sauce flavorful, but even if it doesn’t go as far, I still love the convenience and versatility of it.

Expired for a few years. BUT it is still the best I can find. I'm not sure if this is still made and we love this for popcorn. So will deal with it being a few years older than it should be, maybe a trace stale, but still GOOD! I'd give it a 5+ if it was fresh

I have looked for gluten free powdered cheese and nothing compares to good ol’ Kraft powdered cheese. This is Kraft cheese, made in Canada. Pricy, but worth every penny! Canada’s labeling laws for allergens are strict. If it says “natural flavors” and it comes from an allergen source it has to be listed after it! Kraft will never label gluten free, but will always say if an allergen is present or potential cross contamination. My daughter who has celiac has eaten and had no issues (she is very sensitive and throws up within an hour of consuming gluten or cross contamination). 100% recommend!

I ordered this after several successful batches of Mac n cheese with double milk/butter and stolen cheese packet from another box. I was hoping to settle my cheese packet deficit with this bulk cheese powder but was left disappointed. When I added it to my Kraft Mac n cheese, I found the sauce had a strange and unpleasant taste. Hoping it was a fluke, I tried a few more times with just this cheese and combinations of this and the Kraft packets. Alas, all was for nought. On the bright side, it did bring an abrupt end to my Mac n cheese cravings and likely saved me from thousands of calories of pasta and butter in the following weeks. Upon closer inspection, I found that it had an expiration date less than two months after the date I purchased it. In my excitement, I did not do my due diligence when ordering and assumed it was Kraft brand, but it very much is not. Whether it is a difference in Canadian vs American tastes, a matter of expired product, or simply poor quality of product, I can’t say for sure. But I do know it sat on my counter all summer until I had the heart to throw it out and admit the $20 I spent on this inedible cheese was a waste and the product was irredeemable. A regrettable purchase indeed, but I’m glad I satisfied that curiosity and didn’t have to wonder what if. Save your money and rest assured you are not missing out. Double butter and milk are sufficient for extra saucy Mac n cheese, and the extra cheese powder is not necessary.

It’s just great! I use it in my Kraft Dinner. I sprinkle it on popcorn. I do wish the containers were a bit smaller as I find it expires before I’ve used it up! But yummy!
