I first bring up probiotics in this review as they are the necessary starting block to improve your overall health and increase your daily comfort, but which one to buy? Here on Amazon there are numerous reputable companies manufacturing good probiotics, but which one repeatedly offers a product that gets results? My boyfriend and I both suffer from illnesses that affect our immune systems. My boyfriend was diagnosed with Crohns disease almost a decade ago. I have IBS along with another illness that affects my digestion and bowel function. We have polar opposite symptoms from our illnesses one suffers from cramping, gas, and diarrhea the other bloating and constipation. I was directed to add a good probiotic to my regime. This started my trial of over ten different probiotics manufacturers. I try only probiotics with 30 - 60 billion units. I always try each manufacturer at least twice. Why? I am told there are numerous reasons why the same brand of supplement will produce differing results from month to month. Predominantly due to the simple difference in a person's habits. But I needed results. After two years of trying everything from the most expensive options, the highest rated, products new to the market, favorite brands sold at local stores Costco, Vitamin World, Now Foods, I found two brands on Amazon that 4 out of 5 times corrected my bowel functions to the point that I no longer felt bloated, very little gas, they even clear up my acne. You bet gut health has a huge affect on adult acne. I write this review to save you A LOT of time and 💰. Of those two brands Bioschwartz sells my preferable pre and probiotic. Why? Simple . Seem to work ok. Added to my diet.

I’ve tried many probiotics. Many work ok as does this one. I’ve yet to find a five star probiotic

I have never had issues with digestion but with age and related hormonal changes, I now do -- Things were getting progressively worse and I have tried everything under the sun to help myself to no avail until I came across this product by BioSchwartz. I feel like I won the lottery!! After literally one 2 capsule application I could feel the difference. Thank you GOD. I take 2 caps each evening after dinner and have been regular and without stomach issues since the night I started. I have been taking a probiotic 1 cap each am (GNC) long standing since my issues started and am not sure whether both work in tandem or not. I'd like to cut the probiotic out and try and see how I do but frankly I have suffered for over a year and just want my system to calm down for a while and then I might experiment. I had issues with my meal sitting in my stomach like a rock vs no BM's for days and then massive stomach pain, gas and diarrhea. I am now able to eat and feel my food is digesting properly along with having a return to my norm of a daily BM. I will never be without this product and am so grateful it is on the market. I am so impressed that I am going to try other BioSchwartz products and switch over my Vit D to this company. Exceptional product with fast results!!!

Seems to be the best on the market.Not necessarily sure what it does but I like the idea

This prebiotic has worked for me, making my digestive system finally start working properly! I intend to get this as a re-occuring order. Well worth the price for what it delivers.

It didn't really help me as expected. I didn't loose any weight, so I think it's just the brand. Easy to swallow, quality is okay.
