This is the 2nd time I have purchased cables from Cable Matters, they are by far superior to many of the high-priced cables on the interweb, they are made of high-quality materials and not overly expensive, they have lasted me a long time without any issues, I will be replacing all of the cables in my home soon enough.

I received a used HTC Vive kit from a coworker of mine in a trade, but it was missing the double-ended male USB-A 3.0 cable. This replacement cable worked flawlessly!

I bought this to run through the wall from a room upstairs to the living room downstairs. It's about 10ft apart, but I bought the 15ft cord to be safe. I have this in the wall, with a 3ft cord from the wall to the computer, and a powered USB hub with a 3ft cord on the other end. No issues at all, I can use a keyboard, mouse, and sim racing rig all through the one cable just fine.

Did the trick at a good price.

Still working as a patch cable into a speaker system.

Check if you really need this type of cable. Check all equipment before purchasing. Some equipment looks like it is a USB A, but actually isn't. Quality of the cable and connector is good. Too bad I did not needed it. But maybe one day I will so I will not be returning it.
